The Fight Club
Krav Maga Bristol offers a white collar Mixed Martial Arts Programme called the The Fight Club. on Tuesday evenings. The Fight Club allows students to train Mixed Martial Arts techniques in a friendly and relaxed environment. The emphasise is very much on safety, skill development and recreational MMA training. We are not trying to turn out professional fighters and limit contact levels to allow less experienced fighters to participate. The Fight Club provides the opportunity to train and apply MMA techniques in a fight scenario against a fully resisting opponent.
All fighters are supervised during their bouts and levels are contact are strictly controlled. Bouts include Stand up, clinching, light knees, (no elbows) take downs, groundfighting and submissions. The emphasise of Fight Club is to allow trainees to test each other in friendly MMA bouts.
